Refund policy

(1).  Refund and Exchange

1.1  Subject to these Terms, the User has the right to return or exchange any product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt without providing any reason, provided that the Product:

a)        is in its original condition;

b)        is unopened and unused;

c)        has all original packaging, seals, and labels intact; and

d)        is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

 

In accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law Shop Limitless reserves the right to reject any return where the product has been opened, unsealed, used, or is no longer in a resalable condition

(2).  Defective or Non-Conforming Products

2.1     If a product purchased through the Website is defective, damaged, expired, adulterated, tampered with, or does not conform to the description, specifications, or purpose for which it was sold through the Website (“Defective or non-conforming Products”), the User has the right to return or exchange the product within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. Upon verification of the defect or non-conformity, the User may choose between: (a) receiving a replacement Product; or (b) receiving a full refund to the original payment method.[FH1] 

Shop Limitless shall bear all costs associated with the return and reshipment of Defective or non-conforming Products.

 

2.2     Return and Exchange Procedure

1.     To initiate a return or exchange, the User shall submit a request through the support channels provided on the Website within the applicable statutory period.[FH2] 

2.     Shop Limitless may request additional information, including photographs, order details, or physical inspection of the product, to verify eligibility.

3.     Upon approval of the return request, the User will be instructed on the method for returning the product.

4.     Products returned without prior approval or without complete documentation may be rejected.

 

2.3     Refund Policy

1.     Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund shall be processed within fourteen (14) business days.

2.     Refunds shall be issued using the original method of payment.

3.     Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective or non-conforming Products.

4.     Shop Limitless may deduct any applicable banking or processing fees if permitted by law and where the return was not due to any fault of the Company.

5.     Where the return is made for reasons unrelated to defect or non-conformity, the User may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

6.     Where the return results from a defect or non-conformity, Shop Limitless shall bear all associated return shipping and reshipment costs.
