Shipping policy

(1).  Shipping and Delivery

1.1  Order Processing:

1.     All prices are stated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

2.     All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

3.     Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but orders are typically delivered within two (2) to seven [7] business days as of the order placement date.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and do not constitute a guarantee.

1.2  Delivery Address

81.     User is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase.

2.     Shop Limitless shall not be liable for any loss or delay resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the User.

3.     Delivery shall be deemed complete once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the User.

4.     If tracking information indicates successful delivery, no replacement or refund will be issued for claims of non-receipt unless otherwise required by law.

5.     If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer’s unavailability or refusal to accept the shipment, the customer may be responsible for any additional redelivery charges.

6.     Orders returned to Shop Limitless due to failed delivery attempts may be refunded minus original shipping charges and any return shipping fees incurred.
